Pain World is an independent third-party Discord application providing moderation, server management, security, AutoMod, AI assistance, music, ticket, greeting, utility, and entertainment features.
Depending on enabled features and Discord permissions, Pain World may process information available through Discord’s API, including Discord user IDs, guild/server IDs, usernames and display names, avatars, roles, channel IDs, role IDs, message content when required for a feature, message metadata, voice-channel information when required for music features, and commands or interactions sent to the Bot.
Depending on enabled features, Pain World may store configuration such as server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, no-prefix user IDs, greeting settings, ticket settings, AutoMod settings, security settings, and other server-specific settings.
Ticket functionality may generate transcripts when a server has configured transcript storage.
When you interact directly with Pain World, the Bot may process information contained in your command or interaction to perform the requested feature, including moderation, tickets, translation, AI, music, utility, greeting, and entertainment functions.
When AI features are used, text submitted to the Bot may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Third-party providers may process submitted information under their own policies. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, financial information, or other confidential information to AI features.
Translation requests may be sent to third-party translation services in order to provide a translation. Avoid submitting confidential or sensitive information for translation.
Music functionality may interact with third-party music, media, search, or metadata services. Search queries, track information, or related metadata may be processed by those services when music commands are used.
If ticket transcripts are enabled, messages inside a ticket may be included in a transcript. A transcript can contain usernames, user IDs, message content, timestamps, and attachment URLs. Server administrators are responsible for configuring access to transcript channels appropriately.
Necessary information may be transmitted to third-party service providers used by Pain World, which may include AI providers, translation providers, music/media providers, and hosting or infrastructure providers. We do not sell Discord user information.
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security or legitimate operational purposes. Server configuration may remain stored until it is removed or reset. Third-party providers may apply their own retention periods.
You may request deletion of information that Pain World stores about you where applicable. Contact [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] and include your Discord user ID, the relevant server if applicable, and a description of the data you want deleted.
Server owners and administrators control many Pain World settings and may decide whether features such as tickets, transcripts, greeting systems, AutoMod, security systems, and AI are enabled. Removing the Bot from a server may stop further processing through the Bot, but previously stored information may remain until deleted according to applicable retention practices.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by Pain World. No Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Users must comply with Discord’s age requirements and applicable laws. Pain World does not bypass Discord’s age restrictions.
Third-party service providers used by Pain World may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other forms of control. Contact [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] to make a request.
Third-party services used by Pain World have their own privacy policies and terms. Pain World is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of those services.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our features, data practices, third-party services, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
