Pain World (“Pain”, “the Bot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent third-party Discord application providing moderation, server management, security, AutoMod, AI assistance, music, ticket, greeting, utility, and entertainment features.
By using Pain World, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
You must comply with Discord’s age requirements and all applicable laws when using Pain World. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and other applicable policies.
Pain World may provide features including, but not limited to:
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Pain World appropriately, giving it only the permissions required for enabled features, and ensuring that the Bot is used in accordance with their server rules and applicable law.
Depending on configuration, Pain World may delete messages, issue warnings, apply timeouts, detect raids, restrict channels, or perform other automated actions. Automated systems can make mistakes or produce false positives. Server administrators remain responsible for reviewing and configuring these systems.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other specialized advice.
Some features may interact with third-party services. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability restrictions, and requirements. Pain World does not control third-party services.
You may not use Pain World to violate Discord policies or applicable law, abuse or intentionally disrupt the Bot, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security measures, abuse third-party APIs, or facilitate harassment, fraud, or malicious activity.
Pain World is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, permanent availability of features, or compatibility with every Discord configuration.
We may update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features at any time.
We may restrict or terminate Bot functionality for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, policy compliance, or other legitimate reasons. Server owners may remove Pain World from their server at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pain World is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pain World and its developers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Bot.
Pain World is an independent third-party Discord application and is not owned, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by Discord.
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
